Sabroso Lechon was founded in 2008 by two friends who shared a deep love for the bold flavors of Bacolod's signature lechon. They set out to perfect the recipe and bring it to Manila. What began as a humble operation - taking orders online and cooking lechon on weekends soon gained traction. As demand grew, Sabroso Lechon opened its first store at E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave. corner Tomas Morato, Quezon City.
